Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated recruiting professional with a track record of high-volume technical hiring, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers across multiple regions.
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical roles, provide market insights, and guide stakeholders toward strong hiring decisions. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on our global hiring strategies while working from Clark.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical roles
  • Partner closely with global hiring managers to understand talent needs, align on hiring strategy, and provide market-driven recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and leveraging innovative recruiting tools
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring timely communication and a professional process
  • Facilitate interviews, oversee assessments, and manage offer negotiations
  • Track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering guidance on job specs, sourcing strategies, and market conditions
  • Represent the company brand effectively through social media outreach and community engagement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of high-volume technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced, global tech organization
  • Strong full-cycle corporate recruiting experience from sourcing through to offer
  • Proven success sourcing hard to find technical talent while meeting KPI’s
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and time zones
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate talent needs, analyze market data, and recommend effective hiring approaches
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and highly proficient in using LinkedIn and other platforms to source passive candidates
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, achieve hiring goals, and maintain a high level of professionalism while driving the interview & hiring process
  • Experience working with U.S. or global teams is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to join weekly global Talent Acquisition call (US East Coast time zone)
