Position Overview:
The Associate Project Delivery Lead is primarily responsible for planning, tracking, and managing projects to integrate clients from acquired companies onto Thrive’s standard platforms. Associates Leads will be trained on the Thrive project management process and have opportunity to grow into a Lead role managing larger projects. The individual will serve as the main point of contact for customers and their technical resources (internal and external parties) throughout the project. The role requires the individual to have a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to drive projects to success through clear expectation setting, task management, and status updates. An Associate Project Delivery Lead will communicate with and organize Thrive internal resources including Engineers using project management software, checklists, and reports.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Transition clients off legacy platforms and services to Thrive’s platforms and services
- Investigate customer project needs by working with account managers to understand project success criteria and technical requirements.
- Lead projects by assigning tasks to Engineers and communicating statuses to customers through status update emails and meetings. Ownership of the entire project life cycle
- Maintain accurate project forecasting and billing.
- Effectively communicate with client technical and non-technical staff by creating digestible project plans that organize tasks into appropriate phases.
- Validate customer entitlements are aligned to the newly signed recontract
- Project initiation for recontracts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Moderate experience in project management and professional services
- Skilled in managing project plans, creating timelines, and keeping all parties to task
- Interpersonal Skills- Strong Verbal and Written Communication, Conflict Resolution, Positive Attitude, Teamwork, Critical thinker
- Detail oriented
- Understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts
- Familiarity with Thrive technologies included but not limited to:
- Office 365
- Microsoft Server OS
- Private Cloud
- Public Cloud (Azure)
- Networking (Firewalls, Switching, Access Points)
- Disaster Recovery
- Backup technology
It would be great if you also have:
- Managed Services Provider experience
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince etc.)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)
- Willingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
