Position Overview 

The primary responsibility for the Workstation Deployment Coordinator is the coordination of incidents and service requests within Thrive’s case system. The Workstation Deployment Coordinator will be responsible for task queue management within the internal platform to ensure all tasks are assigned the appropriate resource. This position will handle ad hoc dispatch requests for onsite resources along with future coordination of client scheduling.  

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Coordinating with clients on the shipping of workstations and remote or onsite configuration 

  • Coordinating efforts among several different internal Thrive teams to ensure successful workstation builds and projects  

  • Manage the calendar assign new tasks to the appropriate engineering resources  

  • Reassign tasks based on priority  

  • Provide daily reports and roster as requested by manager 

  • Provide monthly report as requested by manager.  

  

Qualifications 

  • 1+ year of prior IT experience  

  • 2+ years of project coordinator experience 

  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills  

  • Ability to handle situations with tact and professionalism  

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing  

  • Effective listening skills with excellent customer satisfaction skills  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products  

  • Customer Service Experience  

  • Strong attention to detail  

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations 

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients
