Position Summary 

Thrive seeks to hire an experienced and dynamic VP, Stategic National Channels to be responsible for the continued development and management of the Thrive Channel Program through a regional focus.   Being prepared to educate our valued Channel Partners, Alliance Partners, and TSDs on the value of Thrive, the technologies we sell, and how we are unique in the marketplace.   This role serves as the first point of contact for our channel partners to learn from and build cadences with before our sales team is engaged.  This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and revenue generation. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Regional Alignment with all partners and TSDs  

  • Partner Education and Development in assigned region 

  • Align the appropriate sales resources with regional partners as needed 

  • Qualify and Manage Deal Flow from Regional TSDs and Partners 

  • Represent Thrive at Partner and TSD events 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is preferred 

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in channel Development  

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving team performance in a competitive industry 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships 

  • Experience working with Regional and national channel partners,  VARs and TSD’s
