Role Overview
Thrive is seeking an AI Services Consultant to join our expanding AI services team in a
unique dual-capacity role combining training delivery and client consulting. This position is
perfect for an experienced training professional or instructional designer ready to
specialize in the high-growth AI services market.
You'll spend 50% of your time developing and delivering training programs on AI services,
and 50% consulting with clients to guide their AI adoption strategies. This is an opportunity
to become an AI services specialist while leveraging your existing training and consulting
expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery (50%)
- Design and deliver training programs on Thrive's AI services portfolio
- Create learning materials for different audiences (executives, managers, technical teams)
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and certification programs
- Develop curriculum that makes AI concepts accessible to business users
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions
Client Consulting (50%)
- Work with clients to identify practical AI use cases for their business
- Help establish clear, measurable AI objectives and success criteria
- Guide clients through AI adoption planning and change management
- Support implementation teams with user adoption strategies
- Serve as ongoing advisor throughout AI project lifecycles
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in any field (training, education, business, communications
- preferred)
- 5+ years experience in training delivery, instructional design, or learning &
- development
- 3+ years experience in client-facing consulting or professional services
- Experience developing training curricula and educational content
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
Core Competencies
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong business communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into practical business
- applications
- Consulting skills including needs assessment, solution design, and change
- Management
Technical Comfort Level
- Comfortable learning about AI tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of business technology and software implementations
- Willingness to become conversational in AI/ML concepts and use cases
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in technology training or enterprise software education
- Background in business process improvement or digital transformation
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Previous experience in managed services or consulting environment
- Industry certifications in training (ATD, CPTD) or project management
