VP, Talent Acquisition
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, yet hands-on Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition to design and lead our worldwide recruiting strategy while ensuring excellent execution across all regions. This leader will own the vision and framework for attracting top talent, while also directly engaging in high-priority searches, building strong partnerships with business leaders, and mentoring a high-performing TA team. The ideal candidate must possess a positive, can-do attitude with high drive.
Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
Define and drive a global recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and future growth.
Partner with the executive team to forecast talent needs and align TA programs with long-term business goals.
Build and scale innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and world-class talent across all regions.
Develop global talent pipelines and university/early career programs to support future workforce needs.
Operational Excellence & Execution
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global talent acquisition team.
Implement data-driven recruiting processes, metrics, and tools to track performance and continuously improve.
Ensure consistency in employer brand, candidate experience, and recruitment processes worldwide.
Actively engage in executive and critical hiring processes, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and closing.
Technology, Automation & AI Leadership
Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including configuration, implementation, ongoing administration, workflow design, integrations, reporting and continuous improvement to ensure a scalable, data-driven recruiting process.
Lead the adoption of AI and automation across the recruitment lifecycle to improve sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement while maintaining ethical and compliance practices.
Leverage AI-driven insights and data analytics to improve hiring quality, reduce time-to-hire, and optimize recruiting funnel conversion.
Train and enable the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to effectively leverage recruitment technology and AI tools.
Partnership & Influence
Act as a trusted advisor to executives, hiring managers, and people business partners.
Collaborate with People, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure alignment on headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting strategies and practices.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience, including global scope.
Proven track record of building and scaling talent acquisition strategies in high-growth or matrixed organizations.
Experience successfully hiring across multiple regions and functions (technical, commercial, corporate).
Strong operational skills: process design, metrics, analytics, systems (ATS, sourcing platforms, AI technology).
Hands-on recruiter mindset: willing to roll up sleeves and drive key searches.
Excellent influencing and communication skills with executive presence.
Passion for developing teams and creating an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Must possess the stamina to go from zero to 60mph in three seconds flat and who can (and enjoy!) turning at a moment’s notice.
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.

Base Salary Range: $190,000 to $200,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
